This site is operated by WICUDA Europe. Content is published for members and friends of the association and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Registration and payment. A registration is confirmed only when payment clears. Prices are set by the host committee and are calculated on our server. Where a registration is cancelled more than sixty days before the convention, fees are refunded less any non-recoverable costs; inside sixty days, fees may be transferred to another attendee but are not refundable.

Invitation letters. Letters are issued as a factual statement that you are registered. The association makes no representation about the outcome of any visa application and cannot refund consular fees.

Contributed content. By submitting a notice, photograph or report you confirm you have the right to share it and grant the association a licence to publish it.

Accuracy. Programme, travel and accommodation details change. We correct them as the host committee confirms details, but you should verify anything you book money against.
