From the airport or the station to the hall
One S-Bahn line connects Frankfurt Airport, the main station and the venue. These are the exact steps, whichever way you arrive.
From Frankfurt Airport (FRA)
About 45 minutes, one train, no change needed.

Walk to the Regionalbahnhof
Both terminals are signposted to the Regionalbahnhof (regional station) under Terminal 1. Terminal 2 is connected by the free Sky Line shuttle, about 8 minutes.

Take S8 or S9 towards Hanau
Trains run every 15 minutes. Stay on for roughly 35 minutes past Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and Offenbach, and get off at Mühlheim (Main)-Dietesheim — the stop after Mühlheim (Main).

Walk to the hall
From Dietesheim station it is about 900 m along Dietesheimer Straße to number 90 — roughly a 12 minute walk, flat the whole way.
From Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof
About 25 minutes on the same S-Bahn line.

Go down to the S-Bahn platforms
The S-Bahn station sits directly beneath the main concourse; follow the green S signs to platforms 101–104.

Take S8 or S9 towards Hanau
About 18 minutes to Mühlheim (Main)-Dietesheim, via Offenbach. Trains every 15 minutes until late evening.

Walk to the hall
Turn onto Dietesheimer Straße and continue to number 90, about 12 minutes on foot.
By car or taxi
20 minutes from Frankfurt city centre, 25 from the airport.

Leave the A3 at Obertshausen or the A661 towards Offenbach-Ost, then follow signs for Mühlheim/Dietesheim.

Park on site
300 free spaces in the car park at the hall. A taxi from the airport costs roughly €45–55, from Frankfurt Hbf around €35.

What the hall looks like
One building holds the whole weekend: assembly, workshops, the gala and the trade stands. These are the rooms you will be in.

The hall
Willy-Brandt-Halle, Dietesheimer Straße 90, Mühlheim am Main — twenty minutes east of Frankfurt.

Großer Saal
The main hall seats close to 400 in rows, or holds 800 standing. General assembly and the gala happen here.

Kleiner Saal
The smaller hall takes about 200 seated at tables — workshops, wing meetings and the dinner sitting.

Foyer
Registration desk, business directory stands and receptions sit in the foyer as you come in.

Outside
300 free parking spaces on site, plus a forecourt used for open-air gathering between sessions.

The venue is confirmed. WICUDA Europe 2027 will be hosted at the Willy-Brandt-Halle, Dietesheimer Str. 90, 63165 Mühlheim am Main — about 15 km east of Frankfurt city centre. The hall provides the main assembly space, a banquet hall for cultural night, a foyer for exhibitors and the business directory, a family room for children, and free on-site parking.

Frankfurt Airport (FRA)
Germany's largest airport and a direct hub from most of Europe, North America and Douala. The city centre is 15 minutes away by S-Bahn (S8/S9) from the regional station under Terminal 1.

By train
Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof sits at the centre of the ICE network: Brussels 3h10, Amsterdam 4h, Paris 3h50, Cologne 1h05. Regional trains connect from across Hesse.
