Constitution

The document that governs the European body: membership, dues, elections, the convention cycle, and the handover of assets between executives.

The constitution sets out who may be a member, how chapters relate to the European body, how officers are elected and removed, and how the convention host rotates.

It also carries the handover clauses that keep this site alive: the association, not an individual, owns the domain, hosting, payment and email accounts, and an outgoing executive must transfer credentials and records within thirty days.

Ratified April 2025
