Last year in Almere, the German chapter came down the stairs in full regalia behind the flag and the hall stopped what it was doing. Frankfurt 2027 is our turn to open the doors.

Participation fees are collected by the country leaders and held in the two association accounts. Nothing is charged on this page.

Fees are collected by your country leader, or paid directly into one of the two association accounts below. Always quote your registration reference and full name on the transfer, and tell your country leader once you have paid so the ledger matches.

Reach every delegate in the hall, in the programme and on the stage banners. Packages are limited and allocated in order of confirmation.

Platinum: €2,500; Gala naming, opening speaking slot, main banner, full-page advert, four passes. One available.
Gold: €1,000; Named session sponsor, banner, half-page advert, table, two passes.
Silver: €500; Logo at the venue, quarter-page advert, one pass.
Programme advert: €50–150; A single advert in the printed programme.

Exhibition tables run €200 for the four days. Diaspora-owned businesses can also take an annual place in the business directory.

The Grand Raffle

One ticket could fly you home

A return flight to Cameroon, a shipping allocation home, cash or a remittance, and free registration for 2028. €10 a ticket, €40 for a book of five. Drawn live at the Gala Night — you must be in the hall when your number is called. Proceeds fund a development project at home.
