Timekeeping
House rules
Read these before you book travel around a single session. They exist because a hall that starts an hour late costs the association money and everyone else their evening.
Doors close when the session starts
Latecomers are seated at the back between items, not walked to the front mid-speech.
The raffle is drawn at 09:05
Entered only by people already in the room. One draw, no second chance.
One group photograph, at a fixed time
Announced in the programme. There is no retake for people who arrive after it.
Gala seating is numbered by arrival order
Accreditation time decides the table, not who asks loudest on the night.
The chapter with the best opening attendance is named
Arrivals are timestamped at accreditation, so the count is real rather than an impression.
None of this replaces a chairperson starting on time with a half-empty hall. It only removes the excuses.

Sessions and Gala Night are available for naming
A Gold package names one session of this programme. Platinum carries headline naming on the Gala Night, with a speaking slot at the opening ceremony. One Platinum place exists, and it closes on 31 March 2027.
